BEAWARE! Kyla Lee, a lawyer of this Acumen Law Corporation, decided to sue one of her clients because the client spoke up about their greed and ability. So if you choose this law firm, be prepared to lose your money and your case, and don't dare to speak up or you'll get sued. Just do some Google search before choosing this horrible law firm.
I was in a dangerous crash and Mr. Roy did an amazing job and got me the best result I could've hoped for. At the time of the crash it seemed liked I was in a horrible situation with no answer. Mr. Roy proved me wrong and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
Acumen Law did not submit all of the documents to ICBC. They stated all of the documents were there, but ICBC said one document was missing and therefore will not be considered in the final decision. We feel we didn't get proper representation in this matter.
Honestly, I couldn't thank Mr. Ho, Roy for all his help throughout this process and everyone at the firm who was polite and generous during my visit at the Vancouver Location.After 9years+ of driving, I got into my very first accident (in which I don't even want to remember) and reached out to Acumen Law Corp. in such a short period of time to help me with my situation. Initially, I had a consultation with Mr. D. Paul but, was currently busy and Mr. Ho took his valuable time to squeeze me in and was able to ease my sorrows. It was like a blessing in disguise, seriously!.His effortless skills, knowledge with ICBC (anything motorist related) and outstanding communication (reaching out to me when I had any questions/answers) is more than I can ever ask for. Also, not to mention Mr. D. Paul who attended to me right after his busy schedule.Their guidance helped my process go as smoothly as it could have been and I'm more than satisfied with the results that turned out. I don't know how I could ever repay them but, I would highly recommend seeking help from Mr. Ho and Mr. Doroshenko in regards to any Driving situation and ICBC related matter!.
Not only did they have terrible communication with me and they bailed on two appointments with me, one of which they canceled an hour before we were supposed to meet, the information they submitted to ICBC was incorrect and the entire document was RIDDLED with spelling and grammar mistakes. Additionally, in the documents they spelled my name wrong multiple times, multiple ways. You cannot get less professional than that no matter how hard you try.
