DO NOT NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE OBTAINED A RESERVATION FIRST. We didn't know and it nearly doubled our cost to park.We prefer this service over their competition at Park'N Fly. At Jetset you take a token, park your vehicle, flag down the shuttle and you are off. At Park'N Fly their service was bad and they damaged our vehicle and denied doing it or take any responsibility. I would cab before letting Park'N Fly have another chance.
They put a sign saying lot is full only for reserved people When I stoped at the gate , security guy came out and told me if I give him $20 under the table he will let me in. We start arguing because i see so many cars coming out from the lot so i kno for sure the lot wasnt full. They need to hire right people at the gate.
I used their services 3 times already in the past 3 years. I always book my reservation early and never had a problem. I always have my reservation with me and I use their tokens for entering and exiting the lot. The lot seems to be busy all the time, so I guess it works well! We found a parking space and waited for the bus just a couple of minutes, day or night. The drivers were very friendly every time and even helped us with our bags. They always ask wether you travel domestic or international, so they can drop you off at the right terminal.
I recently used Jetset for the first time, with a reservation for one week's stay. On leaving, when I put their token into the machine, their system asked me for payment of $140. There is a sign taped to the machine saying that if that happens when you have already prepaid, call the attendant. Seems like there is an IT problem which needs to get fixed. Apart from that the service worked as advertised. Barely any wait for the shuttle bus both times.
Complete fail. Not parking. All signs for miles telling you to park here long term. Full! More like full of cheap profits and no planning. #yvrfail
