I really like this Pharmacy and find them to be helpful. Unfortunately, I had ordered a vaccine that I needed urgently before a trip. I was told that they would call me when it comes in so I could come and get it done. No call for two days. I call them and they said they had it and we're waiting for me. So, come in and ask my dad to wait outside with my dog. They tell me I have to wait there for 15 min in case I have an adverse reaction. I was annoyed because no one had told me that on the phone. So, the pharmacist begins and as she is marking the area she mentions I may have difficultly breathing, so I ask her about it "why would that happen" and instead of answering me she got annoyed and said he would have to start all over again marking the spot. I told her that I had every right to ask questions and she responded "am I OK to begin now" with a really annoyed look on her face. I am sure I was being a pain in the butt but they were not helping matters at all and I got no apologies for anything. I won't be coming to the pharmacy again although I do Love the store.
The staff have always been helpful and ask if I needed help when entering. The prices are a little higher, but the location is convenient for the area.
