Train 2 hours late. Not able to sit with my family.. Ruin my mother birthday celebration.. just horrible..
Nice station, the staff are nice, and the boarding process is easy. There are chairs and tables outside to sit and just relax while waiting for your train. There's sufficient seating on the inside, too, and the building is clean. I will definitely be using this station for my future Amtrak trips.
I was traveling with my 80 year old parents and the Amtrak people could not have been more accommodating. Shout out to Pat and Gary. They went above and beyond.

The newly renovated Staples Mill train station is a much better experience and pretty well planned. Now, there is lots of parking space. The main station setup is minimalistic yet convenient. Much better than the older station. Good job by Amtrak.
