Horrible experience. This company broke the worst tour record in my opinion.
We joined the Rockies four day tour, and it was fantastic. This experience ave me a whole new definition of joining tour, in a good way. I am not a big fan of joining a tour, but this time I joined with my family. I have to agree that the schedule was tight, but given the situation, it couldn't have been any better. Our tour guide, Michael, was a very friendly person, with a great sense of humour. Did I say friend? Yes I meant it. It really felt like going on a trip with a good new just-met friend . Everything was well-arranged. He clearly loves his job and his ability is way off the chart compare to other tour guides (One of the biggest reason why I am not a big fan of tour). There was never a single moment of boredom ever occurred. Very informative and descriptive. Keep educating us with his knowledge on the Rockies mountain. He showed us these amazing sights with interesting stories in between. Just couldn't get enough of it. Our driver was very nice and a very defensive driver. Really appreciate the comfortable ride, especially with a long trip like his.The hotels were pretty cozy. Clean and most importantly ODORLESS.The meals is probably an 8/10, but we don't need that two points as we are not there to eat.It is totally worth it. Couldn't be any better. If I ever needed to join a tour again, it would be under Super Vacation.
Had a lovely trip to the Rockies last fall with my family. The tour schedule was quite tight, we were taken to lots of attractions, including one of my all time favorite - Columbia Icefield. Tour guide told us the icefield is actually diminishing very fast now, lucky we still got to step on it! The only thing that's kinda troublesome for me is that morning departure times were super early, it's kinda hard to pull the kids out of bed, but I guess that's the nature of group tours. Overall, great trip and great service!
joined the Victoria day tour and whistler day tour 2 weeks ago, and these 2 tours were much better than I expected. *Victoria and Whistler are so so so beautiful ,especially the peak to peak Gondola in Whistler(the view up in the mountain its amazing.)*Tour Guides were friendly, helpful and caring. Moreover, the Whistler guide was so funny and talkative.*Drivers are kind and polite; Coaches are clean and comfortable. *Itineraries are not perfect but good enough for a day trip. Overall everything its Good !! I really want to go to the Rocky Mountain Tour, but I dont have enough time la. Next year, I will definitely come back again for the Rocky tours.
We took a 6 days tour including 2 days VIA train. We had lots of fun both coach & rail part. Specially in VIA trail, the scenery was so beautiful and gorgeous. Never forget. Everybody should try.
