Recently my family was faced with that difficult "end of life" decision that pet owners dread. Dr. Simon Otto was exceptional throughout. The entire team was respectful and the followup cards with words of comfort were unexpected and appreciated. The clinic provided us with a peaceful and appropriate send off for our beloved pet.
I have been going here for a few years now. I love all the staff there, including their resident cat Rufus who is just beyond words sweet. Always calm, always gentle, they seem to genuinely love animals and what they do. You feel at ease as soon as you are there. The demeanour in which the vets always addressed any concerns is kind and non judgmental with thorough explanations. While my dog is not super nervous with vets I tend to be and it is so nice to come in and be treated kindly and respectfully (me and my doxie). - Thank you for being fantastic!
Noticed that my cat was acting off this morning so I called some clinics while at work. These guys were the only ones who easily fit me in and offered to keep my poor girl until I could get off work. Dr. Hill explained all of the possible problems and why she wanted to do the tests she had planned. Overall really great staff (Including Rufus). I just appreciated how easy they made it for me to come by on my lunch break and take care of my girl until I can pick her up this afternoon.
Everyone at this clinic has been so wonderful to me, my partner and our pup Willow! Between patience answering all of my questions to fitting us in when we're panicked, they have gone above and beyond. I don't have much experience with vets but I know most people complain about costs and this place doesn't seem to be out to get everything you have, they have seemed very reasonable. Each vet has been absolutely wonderful and we want to thank you all for everything you do.
My first experience with Glamorgan Animal Clinic was during the euthanasia of a friends beloved dog. The kindness and compassion shown in this very sudden situation is exactly why they are wonderful. Very cost effective, kind, clean, timely, and you NEVER feel like you are just another number or rushed. There is always special care and attention given to our appointment. Dr. Kevin MacAuley is very thorough, calm, and kind - our dog LOVES visiting him! We have been bringing our dog to Glamorgan for over 1 year and we never feel rushed and always get very thorough answers to all of our puppy questions! We heard about this clinic through google and the reviews were correct. We had a lump on our dogs eye removed by Dr. Karen Hill and felt that we were given all the information to make the best and most cost efficient choice for our pup.
