I go there every month to get my spa water tested, both Liz and Ron are interesting people and make going there worthwhile. Unfortunately Liz is going to retire soon. Will miss our conversations. Lots of free advice and tips for maintaining the Spa in optimum condition. Another point Rona gives me a 15 percent discount as a senior.

I have no idea how this RONA earns more than 1-star? The staff are unprofessional, rude, and generally unhelpful. Their prices are 10-15% higher than the competition and the selection is poor. I always regret shopping here.
Got there looking for a bath fan, a guy there help me searching through the stocks for a good 10 mins but couldn't find it. Then another guy Johnny helped me. He had good eyes and saw the item I am looking for was sitting there on the top mislabeled. I took the item opened the box. It was completely different than the demo unit in the store! Now I guess I have to go back again and return the item!
Great staff and location; however, the inside is chaotic. There is some organization to it, but it is hard to follow if you haven't been there often enough. I would recommend finding a staff member and asking for where your desired item is. I've spent an hour wandering around each time I went.
