I want to start off by saying that all the designs here are fresh and exciting. Unfortunately, the quality of the fabric used is sub-par. Every article of clothing I had ever bought here felt stiff and felt like there was a plastic film over it. This is a high-volume store, and so there is a lot of selection! On the down-side, workers are too busy stocking and fixing messes and are often unable to interact with guests. Except for when the store first opened, I have never been asked if I needed help.
The staff at this location is extremely friendly and helpful. Best customer service I have received. A few days ago my car was broken into, some stuff purchased here by my girlfriend were stolen. I called this location to inform them of the situation and to keep an eye out should the suspect show up and try to return the stolen goods. I also went into the store the next day and asked them for a reprint of the receipt as well as to see if the 3 items on the receipt were still in stock as I wanted to rebuy it as a gift for my upset gf. They spent a good half an hour helping me locate 3 specific items and were really helpful and kind during the whole process. A couple hours later, they called me and informed me that the thief was in store. They were very cooperative and amazingly stalled for us and provided helpful description of the suspect to the police in a 3 way phone call. Because of their amazing effort and helpfulness, they were able to stall long enough for the cops to come and detain the suspect. By far, the best customer service experience I've received. They went above and beyond and made this all possible. Could not thank them enough.

Great store to choose some cheap clothes. Good prices for young people. Though can't refund, but can exchange or get a store credit. Better than Zara.
I didn't intend on shopping at this store but the Buy One Get One 50% off drew me in. Although I did leave with a pair of comfortable skinny jeans at a fair price, I must say this store was lacking in customer service. I am so used to walking into clothing stores where there are sales associates greeting you or asking if you needed help. This was not the case here. There were a ton of sales associates but they seemed busy and were always walking around doing something. Also when I brought my jeans to the cashier, I wasn't really greeted as the 2 young girls were gossiping. And even as the girl who was processing the transaction, she continued to chat. I didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism. I get that sometimes, people gossip at work with their co-workers, but there is a time and place for that, like when you are not in the middle of helping a customer. I also rarely go shop at Forever 21 stores in general as I find the stores to be too big and quite overwhelming. They do usually have a lot of good sales but you kind of get what you pay for in terms of quality.
