Brandon palfreyman was such great help. He gave lots of tips and we learnt new thing's to avoid clogging. The service was amazing!

I had a plumbing technician from Point Grey Plumbing & Heating (Brandon Palfreyman) come out to my place this morning to replace some old leaking washing machine taps. He was on time, called ahead like I was advised he would, was polite and friendly and did the repair/part replacement quickly and efficiently. Very personable and went above and beyond and installed some additional hosing while he was there, as well as quickly checking other existing taps etc to make sure everything was functioning well. I felt very confident not only that he was more than capable, but also that he was trustworthy and that the billing was more than fair for the work done. I would most definitely hire him again should the need arise, and would highly recommend him.
Point Grey Plumbing went above and beyond to help us through a major water leak on a Sunday night! We were provided with immediate over the phone assistance - Trevor personally walked us through the process of hooking into our neighbor's water to ensure we had water for the night. The very next morning Trevor was on our doorstep assessing our situation, making sure we had water and providing us with a quote on what needed to be done. Walter, Trevor and Giorgio provided us with outstanding customer service and expert knowledge throughout the entire job. Scheduled some work at home for today, the plumber (Brandon) arrived just in time, fixed all the stuff, did it in less than their billed minimum (1.5h) and I was good to go to office soon after. Great job!
