I called these guys to attend to one of my clients needs and their service manager Dan assured me that he would call the client and even get out to them that day- Dan never called myself or the client at all and left us hanging. Very poor customer service!! wont be using them again!!
This year (Oct. 2017) I made the right decision choosing Westrim to do repair/cleaning of my gas furnace heating system. The technician, Mr. Mario Marocchi was very professional in dealing with us and even gave pointers to keep our heating system operating well. Likewise, the manager, Mr. Dan Olsen, was also very accommodating. I'll go with Westrim again next year to install our water heater system.
