What you would call a "discount mall" or a bit of a lower range mall. A few decent stores here (best buy, etc.) right in the hard of Richmond, decent food court, lots of parking. There is a much nicer mall about 3 blocks away from here that I would recommend but this is worth walking around in for a while.
Love their food court. Lots of great foods for low prices. The mall is busier now with the new T&T. Mostly Asian stores.
Not a bad place to shop. I primarily use the food court as I currently study at kPU across the street. Limited food selection and some of the food quality and freshness is way below standards (particularly the Thai food and Fresh Slice). The mall itself has decent hours and ample of parking space
Easily access by commuting through Canada Line if you hate driving. Also lots of parking spaces if you decide to drive. I like going here once in a while because Jysk, Winners, Homesense and the newly opened T&T Market.
The mall itself needs a major update. Stores inside the mall are pretty boring. The major shops like best buy etc are good.
