How can a men's haircut go up by $10 dollars. Feel bad for the staff as management has turned long time customers off with such an increase. Time to look for a new barber!!
Absolute spa comes with absolute lack of professionalism. Weve went and asked how long is the massage service is available today for us and the lady informs until 9pm. Goes back at 6pm and the lady who informed us who was the massage person left already. She knew we were coming and she was the one who told us the time and yet she ditched us since apparently it wasnt as busy at spa so to avoid wasting time, the spa let off her to cut the cost and made the customers eat the dirt. Such a bs service. And her hand looks too weak to give massage anyways so dont go here. Probably they will charge you extra for just wearing a tie and give crappy service and bad massage. Dont go here.
I am not recommand this place. This is a disaster.I just would like to have new nails before a long travel.The woman hurted my nails I have to asked her to stop and I finished by myself. I have now a lot of red parts on my nails because she polished strongly on my nails and she pushed hardly with the wood on each nails, the result is that she has broken my nail in the middle like i cut it. Thats so hurting and i am sad about this experience. If I knew I have never gone in this place.She seems like she doesnt know how to have in hand the lime. My nails now hurt me a lot And I have non nails on it because I was not confident.
I was told that I could not get a 10 min massage because the staff wasnt starting till 8 so I went back at 5 min to 8 and then they told me they cant help me. Terrible customer service.
Booked couple's massage - turns out "pool renovations" also meant men's & woman's change rooms - men's was very small, only place to sit was squished side by side...3 men occupied was very tight so had to wait - was rushed through changing and into 'relax lounge' where I was told I had no time to relax - a beverage was poured for me without my choice and was told I had to go to massage immediately - feeling flustered, I declined and sst for about 3 mins w / my partner and then eushed again - letting them know I still wasn't ready they acted astonished. Management came to apologize - we were compensated with chocolate strawberries that, it turns out, are an inclusive part of the package :/
