DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR GROUPON NUMBER FIRST. THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A VOICE RECORDING WITH THEIR CLIENT. called one day just after lunchtime to reserve a massage after buying a coupon for my wife from Groupon. A guy answered they are full that day so if so I inquired about the next day. There was availability at 5pm. The guy immediately asked for my coupon number. In good faith I gave it to him over the phone. Just immediately after he told me there is a 48hr cancellation policy. Upon hearing that since my wife status is on call with her company I told him to cancel and NOT to book it. I will call to find out the next day if I know for sure she's free.Just as I thought she was called for a shift, so I did not bother to call again. Past 5 pm I was called by a lady staff asking where I am because an late for the booking. To my surprise I told her the staff that I did not book but I told the guy to cancel it. Then to add to the insult is that I LEARNED THEY REDEEM THE COUPON NUMBER AT 11AM EVERYDAY AS THEY OPEN THEIR STORE. Finally after several calls I got through to the guy that took my reservation and was promised that my phone number would be kept in their computer so I can still redeem the massage. Called several times, always fully booked if not they are closed for training. Finally today I called again, a lady answered there was availability, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS and there is no number recorded on their computer.
Messed up my appointment. Especially when I received reminder email clearly stating that my appointment is on that day, but when I showed up on scheduled date, they were saying their system doesn't have my appointment! My question is that are we using same system?... Btw, honestly, I like their online booking system, quite convenient to use. And I believe the incident happened to me is not often. But they should avoid happening again. Wish no more customer has bad luck like me....

Amazing place. Very relaxing, staff is very attentive and accommodating. Everyone made sure my fianc and I were very well taken care of. There are also showers and stream rooms available for use. You will not be disappointed coming here. The amount of pressure applied to you during your massage is great, and they always check to see if you'd like more or less pressure. Very nice spa - love this place. My husband & I had great massages. Nina worked on my very tight neck & shoulder spots which they got from my intake form. Love their massage tables - heated if required (for us ladies who run cold) & the opening for my face didn't press on my cheeks. Served hot tea in their pleasant waiting room before & after. Highly recommend this spa. Bonus - they have a steam room, two showers, lockers, hair drier, robes & slip on shoes as well as testers for their face products. Friendly, professional staff - did I mention " I love this place!"
