Please do not go here. The prices are appealing but the customer service is beyond poor. We ordered our couch in January 2018. It did not arrive till mid July 2018.We were told in January 2018 that it would be delivered by March 2018. We received a phonecall back in March advising it would maybe be after April. I called back in April to follow up and was told it would now be June or July. Excuses of how the shipping container did not come. We had to wait for the 2nd container to arrive from China. I was told to contact the manager. Upon 3 phone calls and 2 messages later, I was able to talk to the manager. No compensation for my time wasted. Was told this is what you paid for, you cant beat our prices. Basically a slap in the face and no disregard for our time wasted. I had let him know, had I known that this couch would take over 6 months to arrive, I would gladly pay more and get the couch earlier, perhaps from another company. The couch finally arrived mid July and it is deformed and defected. The gaps do not close correctly, our remote keeps falling in the gap. There is a dent on the bottom left corner. My husband called back to talk to the manager and was given a 1-800 number to call and make a complaint. At this rate. We are just completely drained and exhausted from the back and forth and no resolutions to any of our problems. Just more excuses and excuses. Mind you this couch was over $1500. You would think that this place would have better quality and customer service but you are better off going to the brick or Ikea.
Dealt with Rob over the phone and text - bought a new sectional couch and patio set, shipped to Kelowna, at a much better price than we were finding locally. Felt comfortable shopping at a distance, delivery guy was super friendly. We started talking over the weekend and officially placed order on Monday, couch and patio set arrived on Thursday before the long weekend. Rob followed up after delivery to make sure everything arrived fine and on time and to see how we liked it. Great experience with Liquidation Furniture and More.
Very poorly organized company. Don't waste your time here. For the money you save, you'll have to deal with the headache of their deliveries and lack of communication. It took them 3 separate deliveries to delivery the correct mattress, bed frame and chest. They are also very late with deliveries even though they give a 3 hour window. They are always an hour or 2 later than the end of that window. I will never be dealing with this company ever again.
My wife and I recently downsized and were in need of furniture to furnish our new condo. LQ was recommended to us by friends. We couldn't have been more pleased with the overall service we received. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase. We ended up buying bedroom, dining and living room furniture as well as some art work and couldn't be happier and felt we got great value for the money we spent
Update: right after I wrote this review, the owner/manager of the store contacted me on Facebook by looking up my name. Thats called Harassment as I did not ask to be contacted via a different mode of social media! Went here after reading the "glowing" reviews on google and facebook. The store is okay, nothing spectacular, and the service really wasn't anything different than what you get elsewhere. Some reviews talked about great deals, I wasn't able to find any such great/affordable deals either.I am lead to believe that many of these 5 star reviews (mentioning great customer service and great craftsmanship) are written by employees, friends etc to get more customers to go into the store. I would say - check out this store if you like, and leave honest reviews of your purchase and experience. False reviews make businesses look unprofessional and greedy.However, when a store has amazing reviews that continue to emphasize its great products and service, it seems a little fishy when the reality isn't so.
