Expensive
Ok so this store supposedly sells high end furniture with outrageous prices. Fair enough but this doesn't give them right to ignore or 'screen' their customers. We were technically the only customers in 20 min time span and saw about 5 sales reps walking around. Absolutely no one greeted us or made any eye contact, just a quick glance and off to whatever they were doing thats more important than giving any kind of customer service. Come on people you are in retail business. High price comes with applicable service otherwise you are just ripping people off. Im taking my business elsewhere.
