Dave & Vic made our move as painless as possible, even though we encountered a few problems along the way. They took the stress away for us and made sure that everything got done. The men you sent to work with me today (April 16, 2018) were wonderful. They arrived exactly on time, were very careful with my possessions and generally nice people to deal with.They worked hard and got the job done in the amount of time that was estimated it would take. I did not pay a penny more than I was quoted.These men were worth every dollar I spent.I would gladly work with them again and would recommend your company to anyone who needs a moving service.
Had a great experience with Travis and Victor! It was fast and efficient, and reasonably priced. Didnt have any problems and it was all done very quickly. Great customer service all around.
Under-quoted fees to win business, then up the charges when it comes time to pay. Quoted $300-500 for 15 boxes + furniture on a 1-bedroom+den based upon an estimated 1-2 hours to load/unload + 1 hour travel. Furniture was already taken apart and everything packed up ready to move. Movers even noted that things were moving quickly, but then it took an extra 2 hours for some reason, so I was charged $750!Contacted the company to ask someone to look into this and was told it would looked into and they'd reach out to me. Haven't heard a word from them since.UPDATE: They called and left me a message. I've since called them twice and left messages both times and they've gone silent again. Stay away from this company! Terrible service!
