EXCELLENT! We had a move from Vancouver to Toronto and Vega Line team was absolutely fantastic! We had no issues with them at all. They were prompt, kind, courteous, and their prices are the best I could find. The movers were gentle with all of our valuable belongings, and they also notified us when the items arrived to our destination. If I had any questions or concerns on the way, Mark and his team were quite helpful! Well recommended.
Delivery truck showed up with one person to carry all of our heavy furniture. Was FORCED to help move my things in, which is what I was paying them for. Didn't offer a discount or even a thank you for saving the driver hours and hours of work. They lost a box of collectable items worth thousands, offered me a $100 cheque, and refuse to send me receipt for transaction after weeks and weeks of contact and promises. I've needed the receipts to file with my taxes anand they've done nothing but toy me around. I figured after the hassle they gave us I would at least get the receipt on time. This company, in every department, is difficult to deal with, rude, and incompetent. Do not waste your money, or give away your important belongings to a company who clearly steal from their patient customers. And I was a God Damn good customer.
I used Vega Line Movers for my long distance move. They were professional and knew what they were doing. All my stuff were delivered in good shape, some minor breaks occurred. I got fair compensation for any broken items. I took one star away since the company agreed for a date for pickup, and the dispatch called some days prior to pick up my stuff 2 days earlier than what was agreed. This gave us lot of rush, as we were not prepared for 2 days earlier dispatch.
After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to use Vegaline moving, they did do a good job moving my items. You need to be aware they ship by rail so ensure you pack and wrap items well.
They came right on time. 3 great guys who did a professional efficient job which turned a stressful move into a happy occasion. No problems at all. High marks to Vega and their employees. I only wish I could have these same 3 guys at the other end of this trans Canada move.
