Went to one of their photo sessions (Photo Lab: Crafting Your Shot by Chase Jarvis) and it was very informational and fun! Vivian, our host was so warm and welcoming to showing us how to improve our photography on our iPhones and it was only her second time with the session! Keep it up Apple, love these sessions. If I had known these existed, I would have came sooner! The environment was clean and well lit just like you should expect an Apple store to be.
What this needs is better ventilation. As is, it smells with an unpleasant odor. Often now, though, you'll find more workers than visitors, with the workers often found chatting amongst them. It's a place for just one product most times. The other products seem unnecessary adjuncts, like the watch, and the dated computers. A sorry sight.
Horrible service. I went in to buy an iPad and due to my bank account limit my card declined, I was asked to use a second card (which I dont have), and was not allowed to try my card a second time (worked all my life in retail and never refused a client trying a card twice). I called my bank and changed the limit, after going back the lady refused to sell me saying its the policy and I must come back the next day! Flat out refused to sell me as if I was a thief. Ive sold gowns worth a lot more than apple products and was never this harsh with customer. She was already not knowledgeable and then acted as if they dont want my business. Worst apple location for service.
Very friendly staff, all smiles and willing to help. Clean and trendy store with all off apples toys. Education camps are well run, although a couple leaders seem a bit tired from leading too many kids at the same time. Can't complain cause it's "free". Keep up the good work!
Very helpful with the issues I was having, as it was a very specific request. Pretty much anything that needed, thy could help me with.
