Surprisingly good service through customer returns. I recommend this location if your returning items. I have given poor reviews to other locations but this one is the best I have been to so far.
Smaller than many of their other stores. Not always the best service. Still decent
I had the best visit i just came from Canadian Tire Newton in surrey and they were the WORST!!!! it took me 2 days just to buy a basketball hoop for my boys..and i still had to drive to Richmond. All because the employees at Newton didnt want to go to the back in order to retrive the bb hoop. Even though they told me to come back the following day. But overall Im happy because Richmond Canadian Tire is the only one I will go to again even if it means driving from North Delta. DON'T SHOP AT CANADIAN TIRE NEWTON!!!!!!
Excellent service in the car department. I have gotten valuable advice there. The mechanics out in the shop are great. Never had a complaint
The quality of service is bad at this location. I was in the area and decided to stop by to return an item bought at a different location recently and the staff I talked to used every possible excuse to not take my return, even though it was still within the returnable period. She eventually said that customers arent allowed to return items at different stores, which is not the stated return policy on Canadian Tires website!
