Very poor management and very poor customer service. I had to put them in an indefensible position before I got what was right! Too bad the customer has to do the job of managing store policies! Shape up big stores pretty soon online buying will put you under as people don't want to be treated with disrespect.
Really good experience today. Wanted to get a chaise lounge and the only one left (of the style I wanted) was on a shelf up near the ceiling! Staff quickly got it down for me, let me check it out and even carried out and loaded it in my car. Couldn't have been happier.
Service is awful. Watched service manager and general manager and someone else talking for over 10 minutes while line up was waiting at 9am. No one else at service counter. 5 ppl in line. 2 left because of frustration . All 3 looked our way a few times with no acknowledgement. Only reason I stayed was because I already spent $1200 on tires. When they did break up their meeting only the service manager started to help Other manager called for help but didn't bother helping. Nobody ever came to assist. Waited over 45 min what a waste of time.
Ive never ever met such an arrogant, stubborn and absolutely unprofessional person as a manager. One of the most worst costumer service ever! I highly recommend avoid this place by all possible means !!Btw 1 star is a way much higher than that place deserves
The customer service at this location is terrible. There is one lady that has such an attitude problem which I have had multiples issues with. Was wanting to purchase something for my car, and it showed only 1 in stock, so I called in to check. After speaking to an individual they said that there might not have it. I requested if they could check, but I got turned down because she was working "cash". She transferred me to the car department to be on hold for no one to answer. These stores are all independently owned by franchisees. Why would anyone go to this location when there is a location in Tsawwassen and central Richmond. Support businesses that are willing to make a difference, not just to make a sale. Anyways, that's my $0.02.
