Terrible management,customer service and appreciation. Was told there was a table available for my party of 4 so I took less then 30 seconds to grab the rest of my party only to return in the restaurant to find out the manager had given our table away. Not only did he not try to make it right but made it feel like he did not owe us anything and he made us feel that by telling us that. He said we technically did not have a reservation and that we would just have to wait for a table. At that point why would I even ever ever want to eat at such an establishment. I have lots of places to dine at and I tell you Tramonto at the River Rock casino and Hotel will never be one of them. If you respect customer service and appreciation stay clear from this restaurant .
WE HAD A PARTY OF 10 AND HAD A VERY NICE MEAL ENJOYED THE HAPPY HOUR SPECIALS AND HAD A VERY PLEASANT AND THOUGHTFULL WAITER CHRIS L_TR ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE HAVING DINED THERE SEVERAL TIMES
A study in contrast.On arrival we were surprised to find only one other table occupied, and they were finishing.The service was as close to perfect as one could wish for.We both enjoyed the sable fish with small requests to the kitchen for the sides. Sharing parking facilities with the Richmond night market made for a challenge.Overall a great evening.
Before the show or a night at the casino the food is great option, and a nice place otherwise.
Just celebrated my son's birthday yesterday, all of us had a enjoyable and satisfaction dinner, good food, good servers with good services and good place. Definitely we will visit again
